Regions Bank - won't investigate a dispute with my prepaid Visa
I purchased a prepaid Visa I didn't get what I paid for in a physician's office they refuse treatment but kept my money regions refuses to investigate they told me I need to have a letter from the physician's office stating that they agreed to give me my money back if they agreed to refund me why would I need them to investigate and need to file a dispute I have talked to 20 people and now they refuse to even talk to me they tell me that it's closed and they refuse to reopen it even though I've showed proof prescription voided I showed were my receipt where I paid with the prepaid Visa purchased one item now I feel said just a purchase it could be various of things but when it says purchased an item I never purchased a item that right there should be enough but for them to tell me that I need a letter stating the other party agrees to refund my money and without that letter they won't refund it they refused to investigate if they're not doing their job and just give me my money how can you not give me my money if you're not going to do an investigation and I'm jump through every hoop that gave me so the other party has done nothing and gets to keep my money
