HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH THIS BANK LOCATION THRU MANY CHANGES AND SINCE REGIONS CAME TO CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO.SERVICE IS GETTING VERY POOR.

ONLY 2 PERSONS (1 DRIVE THRU AND 1 MAIN LOBBY) (I TOWN OF OF 35,000) DURING 1 ST OF MONTH LUNCH HOUR. HAD TO WAIT OVER 10 MIN. CUSTOMERS ON A LIMITED LUNCH HOUR CAN'T GET THRU AND BACK TO LUNCH. 3 PERSONNEL ON VAC.

(I WAS TOLD) POOR PLANNING OF A SCHEDULE. THIS HAPPENS AT OTHER TIMES I VISIT ANY OF THE BANKS IN OUR REGION.

POOR POOR SERVICE.CHANGING BANKS.

I too have problems with Region bank drive thru.I have waited many times 10 mins just to make a deposit!

Because there is only ONE teller working 4 bays.

Service sucks, I've complained before but still no fix.I will be switching banks soon!
