I went through the drive through which I do about 3 times a week in Columbia Tn. I had an awful encounter with the rudest female I have ever met.

She refused to cash a check for me she had my account information my drivers license and I had at least 4 times the amount in my account than the check was for. She handed me the check my drivers license back and said she don't know me come back in 30 minutes when the regular lady is back. I shouldn't have to come back that was a *** statement. Then the next time I came through the lady that always waits on me said the lady told her she was going to cash my check but I got mad and left she made me leave.

Well they want have to worry about my money because it's coming out of Regions and going to U.S.

Bank. My advise to Regions is to get your employees some customer service training.
