On 2/10/2022 my wife deposited a settlement check that was given to her from Morgan and Morgan from a workmans comp claim. She recieved paperwork stating that 5300 of a 19 thousand dollar trust account check would be in our account on 2/12/2022 at midnight.

We called thier 1800 number on 2/11/2022 and spoke to a rep that stated this was not true. It would be ready by 3 to 4 am on 2/12/2022. We stayed up all night hoping that the check would post so we could get a hotel due to the fact that we have been homeless and living in our cars. It never posted.

We went down to the branch and spoke to the reps there and then was told that the check is now getting held by their fraud department. This feasco caused us to loose the rest of our belongings that was in storage and in pawn waiting for this check to arrive. All we got from the bank reps was a sorry about your luck that they cant help. But would be happy to submit our grievance.

They lost my trust and respect. Will be taking my account elsewhere and telling my employer abut them and anyone else that will listen.

Worst bank ive ever had. You cant give someone a legal document stating that funds will be released on a date and then not follow through.
