Hello! I'm trying to register my car in another state.

SEVERAL TIMES, I told SANDY ROBINS to solve this for me, but she can not solve it, I just need you to fax a copy of the title to the Rhode Island DMV.

Could someone solve this for me? I am very disappointed with your service !!!

Regions bank sucks. Paid off trailer in 2016.

Still no title and state still shows them as the lien holder. Will never finance with them again. Someone needs to do their job. Iโ€™m calling the BBB.

Iโ€™ve never seen as many errors at any bank as regions.

I paid my payment and the nut posted the payment to a closed charge card. They were rea quick to tell me I didnโ€™t make my payment when it was their fault.

I am currently on hold with Regions to get a release of a title that was paid off four years ago. I have been told twice that they mailed the title to me.

I tried to get a duplicate title since it has obviously been lost and Regions had not filed a Release of Lien with our state.

So I am going in circles. They are supposed to be sending me the release within the next ten days.

I had the same problem here in Florida. It may be different here, but I had to go to the tag office and they printed it out for me. But this is what the bank told me, you would think Regions would let you know that if this were the case.

@Shannon, same deal, paid my car off in 2009, still no title.

I'm having the same problem with Regions. I paid my car off 7 weeks ago.

This is the first time I've gone through a bank to finance a car. I usually go through the dealership. I've never had trouble getting a title from the dealerships. I've talked to Regions 3 times (twice was face-to-face).

Unfortunately this is not the only problem I've had with Regions. I'm thinking about changing banks since I have my car load paid off.

Unfortunately, every place of business can have some paperwork errors along the way, just like the post office sometimes may not deliver every piece of mail. I would suggest visiting the bank in person to request a release of lien that you can take to your local county clerk's office for a replacement title. With every bank around, I think you get a better/faster response when you ask for help face-to-face instead of over the telephone.

I paid my car off years ago with regions and despite more calls than I can count and promises by them to send me a release letter (since they no longer can find my title) I have still not received it. I'm holding to talk to someone yet again.
