I am so sick of Regions having so many excuses. I deposited a money order on a Saturday saying it will cleared by monday, in which of course it wasn't. I tried to get cash out with no help. I shouldve gone to the post office which would have cashed it with just my ID....easier to go to PO than my own bank. I've worked at Regions for a short time and I know a money order is just like cash. This woman said they would have to ID the money... Read more

Ormond Beach, FL Trails branch. I came to make a wire transfer. Susan Burk, branch manager took the information, and instead of spelling out full name of the recipient, she just wrote Mr.(last name). As a result, $500 are lost in space, and the branch is telling me that it is my fault, because I signed it. I thought they know what they are doing! Now I have a person angry at me, waiting for the money. I need my money... Read more

Im going thru a bad divorced. My ex husband stole my card and took $378.50 out of my account . And regions called this domestic. And said because its my ex husband they cant reimburse my money. Even tho hes no where on my account. And i did not authorize him to take anything out. I will never recommend regions bank to anyone ever

Broken ATM again at Plantation Branch, once again it won't accept cash. This makes 16x I've had to wait and interact with a teller.

One more time Regions bank, the one bank that doesn't have a cards printer on premise, probably last bank that takes 5-7 business days to send you a card ( in theory, in reality I waited 45 days for my last card to arrive ). On 7/4 and 7/5 we had a birthday party with more guests than anticipated, so at some point, while entertaining the guests, I handed my card to a family member to buy some more items for the party from the vendors still... The worst Customer Service . Is in Memphis . The tellers at the regions bank on Kirby in memphis are very rude . They dont like taking commerical customers . You never see the manager . You always have to wait for least 20 to 30 mins . Maybe one out of 5 smile

Regions took 735.07 out of my account claiming they could to cover my ex husbands bank account. They refused to give it back, ignored my complaints with the BBB and Federal Reserve and then just before my last bill was paid so I could close the account- they stole $409.68 more and left me with $2. My account is closed and a lawsuit will follow.

Went in to Regions bank to cash a check written to me by one of their customers. After getting all of the usual stuff, driver's license, fingerprint, etc. the older bank teller comes up to the window and asks, "Why purpose did you receive a check from this person?" I was floored. Received call from dept collector stating I owed 68.91 as my account was over drawn. I told Charles I was unaware of any issues and the bank had NOT made any attempt to contact us.
