Coverage for charges that should have been declined. This was my understanding when I opted out of the standard overdraft coverage. The bank took it upon themselves to cover the charges of $8.99 and 11.99 and charge me $72.00 dollars when I had opted out around Sept 4. The charges were for 9/27 and 9/30. Last week I made a deposit into what was supposed to be my checking account. It was deposited into my son's account erroneously. When we went in to get it straightened out there was absolutely no apology made. Add comment

We asked a teller at Regions St Cloud to turn $29,700 into a cashiers check and mysterious she lost $7,100. She took the cash and went to the end of the window (counter) where she was NOT in our sight and came back stating we gave her $7,100 short. "Simply click send money to start sending money" Well its not just clicking if you're a Regions customer. Next you have to become a western Union customer............filling out line after line of info so you can be verified. After doing all the registering , I still wasn't verified when I tried to send money. I got on chat with an agent to find out why and she said "it could be numerous things"... Read more

Me and my granddaughter went in to bank to send some money to my daughter and when we came out they had booted my car. I have been continually charged overdraft fees after my account was deducted for statement fees and account fees- I am very unsatisfied and feel taken advantage of. The customer service "person" who called himself Robert was very rude and did not listen to my issues. I will be ending my 20 year banking relationship with Regions Bank Read more

On may 21st 2014 I had a horrible experience with Theresa A. Farmer branch manager at 12100 lake under hill road Orlando,Fl. Her behavior was absolutely ridiculous and not necessary she raised her voice at me, asked me if my eight dollar fee was even worth me coming into the bank for and if I really needed a refund for that maintaine fee, then she told me that I could certainly close my account... The Teller told me i would have to remove my ball cap or she wouldn't be able to serve me. I should have just robbed them since i was already in my elaborate disguise. Ill be asking other banks if this is there policy and if not then i'm switching. Read more
