I was waiting on my tax refund found out today they rejected my refund because the regions now card does not accept tax refundwhat the heck is that,but you havw direct deposit for a pay check but not a refund check and called company they did not hear of that better yet its nit in their pacjet of oapers rhey give you to read over. I Tammy Reed have been a customer with Regions Bank over 15 years now and I'm upset because my money was taken out my savings account at AtM machines that I never have been to. last July is when I discovered my money was stolen I have done everything I can possibly do and bank won't replaced it back. We've had a mortgage with Regions Bank for a little over a year. We started around $1,300 a month. Then it rose to just over $1,400 a month in less than a year. Now we looked at our bill today and now it's at a little over $1,600 a month. I don't know what the heck is going on, but this is ridiculous. We've tried contacting the bank and no one answers. Worst costumer service and rude employees. I have accounts at other banks and the difference in the way they treat their customers is like night and day. I will be closing out my accounts and moving my business to one of my other banks. Read more

There is a woman who works there named Linda Funderburke & treats everyone who she provides service to like they don't have a brain in their head & she even admitted it to me! I was out of town and needed to get an hotel, my card was declined, but I have 12K in my account. I was told the system was down and they could not look it up. I've has a similar experience where I lost my card and it was found the person used all the money in my account. After several visits to the bank I was then told the transaction did not appear suspicious and I need to file a police report and I did and nothing but the run around. I received an email recently regarding inconsistent spending activity with my checking account. Upon my debit card being rejected at a restaurant, I checked my account with the Regions app, and this activity was confirmed. I had eight charges that were not purchases made by me. Worst customer service and get lied to when opening account. When you call and ask bout it you get told will sorry that happened but this is the way it is and nothing i can do as the bank manager and its all in the book. I told her never received it in the bank or mail. She said will you should of asked that its my own fault Add comment
